Dilworth is a one of the historical neighborhoods of Charlotte established in the 1890s.  

While you are waking or driving on Dilworth streets - you feel the special energy of place with mature oak trees and mostly bungalow houses of Queen Anne and Colonial revival styles with cozy porches and flower colors and smells. 

East Boulevard is the main street of the neighborhood with numerous restaurants, shops, galleries and offices, which mostly located in renovated homes. Much of area listed on the National Register of Hisoric places as the Dilworth Historic District.  Charlotte's largest hospital complex Carolinas Medical Center is placed there as well. 

 It is joyful to walk both on local streets and parks, Freedom park is a popular destination for charlotteans for its beauty of lake and views.  Growing popularity of area brings new construction to there as well.
